They should legalize home delivery for liquor sales. Would cut down on some of the drunk driving.
When I was in my 20's we had a "designated drunk driver". Whoever was the least drunk, and we were all very drunk, would drive.
As a sober adult this makes me cringe. We should have been arrested and faced the consequences but I was just lucky I guess. Imagine I or one of my friends killed someone... We were do fucking stupid.
